Other Site Materials

There are other optional materials you may wish to use at your events. We have some templates here for you to adapt:

• • Letterhead: for correspondence; adds credibility by listing all our provincial endorsers

  • Welcome letter: another tool for greeters to let participants know what happens at a site

  • Confidentiality letter and poster: for clinicians to sign and you to post to ensure everyone knows we respect confidentiality

  • Engagement resources: a few ideas from site planners

  • Community resource sheets: some sample resources to include when you develop your own lists of resources to hand attendees

• Volunteer thank you letter: a template of a thank you for your volunteers

• Speaker agreement template: this template was kindly provided by our colleagues at the Kwantlen Student Association. If you're using speakers for your events, your organization may wish to create a similar agreement.
